Synopsis: Amid one of the most severe housing crises in Europe, Service Logement offers an immersive look into the little-known daily work of the housing service employees in the city of Luxembourg. This documentary series explores the inner workings of a public service where social urgency meets administrative constraints.

From office meetings with citizens on the brink to on-the-ground interventions by social workers, the series reveals the many facets of their work. In a direct observational style, without voice-over or interviews, the camera captures the complexity of human interactions—citizens desperately seeking housing solutions facing a service striving to balance empathy and rigor within legal constraints and limited resources.
